Beautiful loft apartment located in the charming village of Noisy-sur-école 67 km southeast of Paris. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Trois Pignons’ forest, a well-known destination for climbing (bouldering), hiking, and horseback riding. A 10-minute drive takes you to the town of Milly-la-Forêt, which has exceptional bakeries, cheese / wine shops, and a famous market. A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

This small 45m2 stone outbuilding adjoining the owners' main house, is located on a one-way and quiet street. Parking on the street is free of charge. The space has been thoughtfully appointed.
