I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

Anita was a great host! Very communicative and responsive. The space is perfect for 2 people, a little tight but nothing we couldn’t get by with. Prime location next to the beach and the sound of the waves at night were perfect. Only thing that was not so great was that it can be very loud outside with the neighbors and the homeless. But they don’t bother you.

This is a one bedroom but with two full baths. Not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the extensive spice rack! In a cul-de-sac so there was no traffic making noise. Entrance is on the side of the house where we parked. Very close to the Reagan Presidential Library which we were able to tour. It was very interesting. They had the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit and the Air Force One jet he used. Austin was quick to respond to any questions and great to deal with. We walked the neighborhood for exercise and felt totally safe. The neighbors were all very friendly. We had no concerns and enjoyed our stay!

We took our 17 year old son to LA for the first time. Staying in Brian’s place in Santa Monica was the perfect choice. It was just enough space, adorable little “neighborhood,” quick access to the beach and pier. So nice to come “home” here after a day of exploring. And Brian was an awesome host. He helped with questions about parking, renting a car, and anything else I needed to know. Super friendly! Glad we chose his place!

This location was perfect! The area was nice and clean. 11min drive to Universal. Lisa was wonderful about responding to questions and giving recommendations. Definitely will stay here again!

This apartment is exactly as pictured and we had such a nice time enjoying the view and the space. The beds were cozy and comfy. Everything is clean and well presented. We only stayed one night but everyone wished we could have stayed longer. As others mentioned it’s a little wonky checking in because you have to say you’re on a guest list as opposed to an Airbnb. Then you have to get the keys to the garage from the room to go back and park but it’s a minor inconvenience at most.

Loved my stay here, I highly recommend. Definitely worth the price, based off of location and amenities. Very clean and spacious apartment. Also Bens/Chris were excellent communicators. I spent some quiet time alone here and rested before getting back to work. If you need a staycation or are looking for a comfortable place close to public transportation, this is a great place to do just that.

Great place to stay. Loved it and recommend for anyone looking to stay there. Very responsive host and quick reply for any problems or issues. Great view from the bedroom and living room. You can see the Hollywood sign as well. Will definitely book it again. Thank you 😊

Great spot, fantastic area

The place is comfy and has a great location walkable to really everything you need. I enjoyed that it was close to everything but still very quiet, peaceful, and safe at night. I will mention that I almost thought about cancelling before I came because of the communication through the messages when I asked questions or suggestions. When I arrived or maybe a day before, the customer service did seem to shift and my stay was enjoyable.

Great place if you want to explore Malibu and surrounding areas. Close to hikes, the beach and local drives are breathtaking. Shawn and crew were very responsive and helpful. The vibe is also so comfortable and just what you need for a stay. Would definitely stay again!

This property is so private! The unit was much larger than I anticipated with a well equipped kitchen and an amazingly comfortable bed. The location is one of the best listings in Santa Monica area. I highly recommend.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I had a great stay at this lovely place in Los Angeles! The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Couldn’t ask for a better host during my stay. This being my 3rd stay at one of his locations, each one comes with very specific instructions and excellent hospitality. Highly highly recommended!!

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

Hanna is a phenomenal host. This place is an absolute gem! We had an event at the Palladium and it was just across the street, so walkable!! The place was so clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need, even a high chair for those traveling with a little one. Hanna was very communicative and gave excellent instructions on how to get to the unit. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is very close to where my daughter lives, Stefania was incredibly communicative, which was also fantastic. I will stay here again.

Very cool apartment with minimal check out instructions which I loved. The views were incredible and the interior decor was very unique and beautiful done.
