Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Three Rivers

Everything about staying at Ewa's house was relaxing and easy. The location is excellent; it's just minutes to walk to the village and, if you hop on a bike and head in the other direction, it's minutes to the nature center, the stables, etc. The house itself was very comfortable and had just about everything a person could need, including an electric griddle (a necessity in my family). Ewa had a very useful binder full of all the information we needed and more, and she was very responsive to all my communications. Everyone in my family agreed that we would happily stay at Ewa's house again. :)

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

Highly recommend the Birch Abode. Nice quiet location, but still only a short bike ride or drive from the central village and pool. The house was well clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay at! The house had plenty of room and amenities. Huge back yard perfect for a dog. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to trails and restaurants. The smell of the pines all around really brought the entire experience together. Highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay if you’re into being in a forest. It appears as though it is a work in progress around the outside area of the home but still a great place to be. We didn’t get a chance to spend a lot of time there because we were on the go. Super clean inside and everything was as described!

Large area and comfortable with everything that would ever be needed for a nice stay. Also great location, and views from this area. Lastly, good decoration and appearance.

In addition to being a charming apartment with easy but private access, the location in Bend could not be beat. Easily walkable to the river, parks, and downtown Bend. Cindy and Greg were quick to respond when we had a tiny parking issue (and were totally solution-oriented!) and made us feel welcome right away. We would happily stay there again!

We stayed here the evening of our engagement and it was absolutely incredible. My fiancé was blown away by the place when we pulled up. It’s at the top of the hill and had the most incredible view of the mountain landscape. We had wine and enjoyed the sunset that evening on the deck. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Jamie and Megan were also super helpful in setting up custom requests. Thanks for making our engagement so memorable!

A cute spot with special attention to cleanliness and comfort. A very relaxing stay.

The location is top notch especially if you are going to a show at the amphitheater. We enjoyed walking through the park and the one-bedroom is a perfect size for two people. I appreciated that the mattress was comfortable and not too hard. The apartment was very clean and AJ was responsive and nice. A couple things to note for your stay: It can be noisy due to the parking lot below and the location. The layout of the bathroom is awkward and there is no lighted mirror or full-length mirror so not ideal if you have a special event.

Great place to stay for a very quick visit. Our plans changed so our trip had to be cut short. Jaki was very kind to waive our cleaning fee, which was appreciated. The accommodations were just what we needed. It was easy to find and in a cute neighborhood. Thank you, Jaki!

Norman's place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The Mountain View area is only 10-15 minutes from almost anywhere in Bend (and the mountain views are no lie). The unit had everything we needed, plus gorgeous views from the private deck, easy check in/out, and fast Wi-Fi (had no problem with work meetings). I would stay again for sure.

Super cute place close to everything down town! We only stayed 2 nights for a concert. However, everything went smoothly & was clean

We stayed in Sunriver for a wedding and wanted to find a decently priced spot. This Airbnb is located in such a great spot in Sunriver and right next to the village shops! After we arrived and settled into the condo, we embarked on a two-minute walk to eat dinner 😊 The condo itself is clean, cozy, and decorated very nicely! We are so grateful for the accommodating communication Eric provided and the stay we had in Sunriver.

We stayed over memorial day weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the location. It felt very centrally located. Condo is small but cozy. We appreciated the comfortable queen bed, well stocked k-cups for coffee in the morning, and the fantastic community pool/BBQ area. The pull-out couch was fine for my tall teenager but is definitely a one-person bed if they’re not a smaller child. Overall we were really happy with this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great place to stay as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very clean and just like pictures. We will hopefully visit again soon!

Great base for a ski/board trip to Mt Bachelor. Check in was easy through reception. Condo is simple well organized and comfy. Large comfy king bed in bedroom and a murphy bed in living room. Nice fireplace, no regular range but the microwave is convection combo and there is an air fryer so cooking was straightforward. Nice deck with view out to trees and lawn.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bend, and the condo was perfect for our needs...unit was clean and comfortable. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to have everything that you would need for an extended stay. Thanks, Bob...Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I loved staying here at Anne's place! It was roomy for just the two of us, but could have easily fit another couple and maybe a couple of kids. We loved being able to use the two bikes provided and access to the pool and hot tub. It was nice that it wasn't in the main Sunriver area so it wasn't as busy or crowded, but it was still close to food trucks, a market and a few stores. The condo does get a little warm, but the fans really helped. We would love to stay here again.

Great location. The Airbnb was very clean and had an earthy vibe. We loved all of the windows. Very peaceful. Enjoyed having a few bikes though they need some TLC and they could use a few more larger bikes instead of three tiny bikes.
