I had a very good stay! The host was excellent—very friendly, helpful, and always available whenever needed. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including free Wi-Fi, kitchen amenities, and a washing machine. It was a peaceful and safe environment, located right in the heart of Kakkanad. The place is ideal for families, offering comfort and convenience. Great place and had a great time at the pool with my kids. Only concern is the room is in a basement and might be an issue if you’re claustrophobic. There’s a balcony too which definitely helped.

Though my stay was only for couple of days, I enjoyed it and had a hazzle free time during my stay. The place is comfortable enough for a short trip, giving enough privacy and peace. Kitchen and room had almost all the necessary amenities. would recommend it and would be happy to stay again. Thanks to the host, Farooq for being in touch throughout the stay.

Sophia was a wonderful host and I had a great experience at her place. It looked exactly like the pictures and the house was super clean. Excellent AC and good wifi, along with a fantastic caretaker who made sure I felt right at home. Great location, easily accessible and a lovely place overall. Could not recommend Sophia's place more!

I had stayed in this flat with my family consisting of young children, senior citizen parents and my wife, I must say that everyone liked the unit. The flat is beautiful, fully ventilated, with natural air coming from every corner of the flat. It is located near to Swaraj Round (where the Sree Vadakkumnathan Temple is located). We were easily able to book the Uber to go around the city. The host was kind to arrange the washing machine for us on my request. Not mandatory though however two things which could be improved in my opinion:- 1) Good to have a Power backup like Inverter in the flat as there were frequent power disruptions in the area and that too for long time and crucial when your phones/laptops are running out of charge 2) The Internet was not working in between even though my devices were connected to the router Overall, it is really a nice place to stay. I would strongly recommend to everyone and I would personally be booking it again during my next visit in Thrissur.

The place itself was amazing. It felt like home and was uper clean. Kiran was also very responsive. Overall, loved the stay.

Fantastic location in a perfect location on Marine Parade. Right in the centre of downtown on the lake shore. Easy walk to the ferries, Water Metro, restaurants. A pleasant 20 minute Water Metro ride delivers you to Fort Kochi. Large fully fitted out apartment - I stayed for 2 weeks and it felt like home.
