Since the property is in its early stages, there were minor signs of construction and a bit of dust to clean up, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. The location is ideal, with close access to popular tourist spots like Marine Drive and other attractions in Kochi. I had such an amazing stay at Benny’s. His homestay has absolutely stunning views! The bathroom was absolutely luxurious too— it had a very large bathtub looking out to the mountains and a great shower! As for the room, it was perfect! The bed was incredibly comfortable and plush! I loved the balcony as well, perfect for enjoying the views and nice weather :) The whole place is very peaceful and right outside of the business of town, so you get to enjoy some beautiful nature and quiet. The pool with the views are a plus too! Also, Benny’s wife is a phenomenal cook— a lot of the meals she made were right from their garden! I felt so nourished after eating her cooking for a few days :) In addition, Benny was super helpful with recommendations and setting up transportation etc. Him and his family are just so kind and so generous and accommodating, I truly had such a wonderful and relaxing stay. I will definitely be coming back!!

Santosh is a wonderful host very friendly and caring. The house is exactly how it is described overlooking the backwaters. It is easy to take a drive to the beach or the Cochin Airport approximately 30mins to both. Santosh also helped us take a boat ride on the waters right in front of the house. The boat comes right front of the house to pick you up. This airbnb definitely has the scope to become on amongst the top Airbnb’s in Kochi.

Amazing place to stay!

The house was beautiful. The rooms were very clean and spacious especially bathrooms. The host was amazing, responded quickly to any of our needs. I would highly recommend this place.

Benny is a great host and is always available over the phone. He resolved an issue we were having at night. The place is also kid-friendly.

Such a beautiful and clean property with stunning view.. Staff were friendly and feels safe space for travellers. Breakfast was definitely better than outside restaurants and the view was too pretty

Clean and nice place well kept with all amenities. Kochi airport is not too far. Very good facility. We had all the amenities that we needed. The host was always at hand and willing.

Had a pleasant stay with my family here. It felt right at home .We didn’t face any issues . The location is very good , right in the city , but at the same time inside so that it’s peaceful and quiet .. if you have your own car , then this place will be a good location.

Beyond question, Benny's place was one of the finest and most rewarding of my well-over-one-hundred Airbnb experiences in different countries. Everything was as advertised in the listing and Benny was wonderfully communicative, even though we never had the pleasure of meeting. Mr. Babu, the on sight caretaker, was exceptionally gracious and kind in being sure that my needs and interests were met. He was absolutely available and attentive to my needs and interests. I loved the yard! Sitting there daily was one of the greatest pleasures during my six-day sojourn. It was a delightful and memorable experience. Without hesitation I offer Benny's place my highest recommendation. I certainly feel that I got what I paid for. I would be pleased to book another stay there sometime down the road.
