The place was so beautiful and cozy. We had a very nice stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. It's a great place for some piece and quiet and yet so close to the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for people who intend to explore Kochi.

Had a wonderful stay at Periyar View Apartment! The place was clean, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river. The location is perfect, close to Aluva town, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time. The host was very helpful and made sure everything was smooth. Definitely planning to come back here, and I’ve already recommended it to a few friends. Thanks again!

This place is Paradise in Kochi. When you have marine drive on your left and broadway market on your right. Walk right down to be greated by a mall. One of the most clean looking rooms we had and a warm owner to guide you through.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed. Hosts were wonderful and super helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and the house is larger than expected. It has 4 bedrooms, each with individual bathroom. The house is a bit far from fort kochi itself, but the perfect location in the backwaters.

Being surrounded by lake added a unique charm that made the experience even more special. The ambience was serene and relaxing—perfect for a getaway. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

We had a wonderful stay at this place—it looks exactly like the photos, if not better! The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The space was cozy, and we had a great night’s sleep. Caretaker Victor was very helpful, especially with setting up the barbecue fire, which helped us a lot. The only small downside was the absence of soap and shampoo in the bathroom, but everything else was spot on. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment on the 10th floor! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had balconies offering a stunning view. The place was definitely worth the price, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. While WiFi and a few more basic kitchen utensils would have made the stay even better, these were already mentioned as unavailable in the listing, so no surprises there. Overall, a great experience, and I’d love to stay here again!

Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way. I will definitly recommend his stay because his hospitality makes the place better. Thankyou sir.

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)
