We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Everything was great and perfect. As per what was on the listing and exactly the same as the pictures. Place was clean, toilet was clean and spacious as well, and the bed and pillow was also comfortable. Definitely a place to comeback to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh and this listing is definitely worth the hype and all the good reviews. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive catering to all my needs during my stay here. Also, there is a common area for washing and drying for your laundry which was good for long term stay as well. Overall, definitely a bang for your buck!

I am from NYC on the other side of the world. I've been staying at various places on my trips to Vietnam. This place in Saigon is a great value for price, space, over look, comfort and location. The apt room is on a small narrow street all the way in the back. There are cafes, restaurants and spa on this road as well. Follow the photos they send you to find the apt. It's not the first name of the residence you see, but further inward. They have laundry and dryer machines on the common area downstairs. The bed is comfy, and place is maintained very well with good AC, lighting, natural light. Overall very safe place I'd stay here again next time. Thanks

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

The room was adequately furnished and reasonably comfortable.

The house is just about 8-10 minutes drive to main attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. Within walking distance, there are many cafes and restaurants, even a big bookstore and a kid indoor playground. The house is located about 3 minutes off the main street, so it is quiet and we had good sleep every night. The house was clean, spacious and well-decorated. All amenities were provided as described. The host was very friendly and responsive. She even gave us some traditional Vietnamese food as gifts. We really appreciate it. Thank you Quynh. It was a pleasant stay and we will denitely come back.

Tran’s incredible studio apartment stood out in our 6 wk travels in Vietnam as the most beautifully decorated, clean and incredible value for money accomodation in the heart of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. It is truly a hidden gem nestled on the third level of a residential block that is so quiet, green and charming. We arrived very late due to multiple flight delays and Tran was SO incredible, helpful and kind via messages. The man at the gate helped us up the stairs with our luggage and was super welcoming (as well as all the other lovely people who live in the block)! The instructions were very clear and the place easy to find, in a great location next door to a 7/11 and within walking distance from so many attractions, markets and cafes. Everything in the studio apartment was so well thought out with small little details everywhere you look. I could go on forever about this place, but I think if you’re considering just book and you will not regret it!! 🥹💖 Thanks again Tran

Great spot to explore the city! The rooftop patio is a stand out feature , and was a great place to relax in the evening. Lam’s instructions were spot on, communication was instant and always helpful. If you are ok with stairs I would highly recommended!!

部屋は繁華街からは少し離れてるもののタクシーが使いやすくスマホを弄ってればすぐに着く。 近くに商業施設があり繁華街よりも安心に美味しいご飯を楽しめる。 なによりも大家のDinyは面倒見が良く、なんでも教えてくれる。 紳士的で安心して対応してもらえる。 コミュニケーション能力にも優れていて日本語のやりとりを違和感なくチャットで出来る。 プールは想像よりも広くてとても綺麗なのにほぼ貸切だった。 金額から考えてもここに泊まらない手はない。

En rigtig dejlig lejlighed - som opfyldte vores krav. God beliggenhed på Thao Dien. Dejligt, at vi kunne benytte poolområdet. Det betød meget for hvor ophold. Vi var 11 dage i lejligheden og den blev gjort ren tre gange. Ganske imponerende. Kan klart anbefale stedet og vi kommer gerne tilbage. Tak for denne gang

Super clean and comfortable apartment! Host is very communicative and answered any and all questions we had, quickly. Made good use of the pool, which is huge btw. There are good options for food in the complex and closeby. Super pleased with the stay, highly recommend!

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

I had an amazing stay at Masteri Centre Point. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed—kettle, air fryer, rice cooker, diffuser, yoga mat, full laundry, Netflix-ready TV, and very fast Wi-Fi averaging 500mbps. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were ventilated, and the air conditioning kept the space cool. The building is quiet, clean, and has six elevators. The gated complex has 24 hour security, helpful staff, and beautifully maintained grounds. There’s a large pool, several gyms, and it’s only a five minute walk to a mall and driving range. Plenty of great food options are nearby for both delivery and walking. The host was incredibly responsive, spoke fluent English, and made everything seamless. Masteri is in Vinhomes Grand Park, a newer, clean, and safe part of Saigon, about 30 to 60 minutes from the city centre. I’d absolutely stay here again.

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. Spotless and clean and I was here with my family. It’s just an awesome place and very well maintained and value for money. Will recommend anyone visiting Saigon to stay and will definitely stay here the next time I come. Thanks An for the wonderful experience. A ironing board and iron would have been useful

This is one of the most stylish apartments I have ever stayed in. It was exactly like in the pictures. Stunning city view. Super comfy beds. Great apartment complex in a high end neighborhood. Shane was really friendly and helpful. I totally recommend! And will come back for sure⭐
