It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The apartment is designed as a studio and has a living/sleeping room with double bed (160cm) and sofa bed (160cm), kitchenette, TV, shower/toilet and terrace. Zell am See Kaprun Summer card is included in the price! Our house is very centrally located right next to the Zeller-CityXpress (mountain railway to the middle station of the Schmittenhöhe) in a quiet location. At the same time, however, it is only a 3-minute walk to the centre of Zell am See.

Our friend's room is located on the second floor of our house and offers you a view of our house ski mountain "the Schmittenhöhe". You can walk to the ski bus in just 300 m away.
