Wir möchten Euch eine moderne und große Wohnungen (mit Küche), die zur Vermietung für Monteure, Familien und Wochenendbesucher, in Greußen vorgesehen ist anbieten. Wir sind bestrebt es Euch so angenehm wie irgend möglich zu machen hier. Kaution 350€ bei Anreise, nach Besichtigung der Wohnung.

In the partially converted residential building, in KunstKonsum (gallery-shop-workshop) you will live, among other things. An inspiring place. Enjoy the atmosphere of a house that is over 150 years old with the comforts of today. Let yourself be transported to the good old days and escape everyday life.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

In the immediate vicinity of the castle, you are 150 m in the countryside and can enjoy a walk in this beautiful castle park. The center offers you numerous restaurants, cafes, museums & shopping within walking distance. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

Located a few minutes from the old town, the apartment is ideal for a city stay. The center of the Thuringian state capital can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed building from the beginnings of German Classical Modernism (BAUHAUS period). It is conveniently set up. The price includes the accommodation tax of the city of ERFURT in the amount of 5% of the accommodation costs.

The space is facing the garden. A large terrace and the garden can be used by the guests. Access to the apartment is through the garden. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, with butcher and bakery, a cafe, another bakery and a pharmacy. Breitenworbis is located on the A 38 with direct exit. There are a variety of recreational opportunities in the area. A bear park, leisure baths, borderland museum, and more.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. This is how we relax here and regain strength for everyday life.

Bungalow between the sound of the forest and the chirping of birds: the ideal place to escape from everyday life. In 2020, as a family project, we renovated the bungalow with natural materials.
