The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge.
