The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

Das 107 qm große Ferienhaus bietet auf zwei Etagen ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, sowie darunter ein Schlafzimmer mit anschließendem Ankleideraum und ein Bad. Die großzügig ausgestattete Küche bietet die Möglichkeit sich komplett selbst zu verpflegen. Das komfortable Schlafzimmer Ist mit einem 1,80 m breiten Doppelbett ausgestattet. Falls nötig ist ein weiterer Schlafplatz schnell auf dem Schrankbett gerichtet. Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich eine Sauna in dem Ferienhaus.

Holiday home “Leonard” on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and space for two people. The cozy cottage is located in the beautiful health resort of Finsterbergen, directly on the edge of the forest and very close to the Rennsteig (5 km). Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest pool with volleyball, mini golf and tennis courts are about 200 meters away.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

Unser Ferienhaus ist eine über 200 Jahre alte ehemalige Wassermühle in der Hügellandschaft der fränkischen Hassberge. Wo früher das Mehl für den Gutsbetrieb des Bundorfer Schlosses gemahlen wurde, finden heute bis zu 12 Gäste Erholung auf 250 qm im eleganten Salon, der offenen Küche mit gemütlichem Frühstückszimmer und 6 Schlafzimmern.
