Condo holiday rentals in Tidewater

Mike's place is at the Powhatan resort. This is a large spread out resort. For the most part it is a quiet resort except for the normal areas, pools, mini golf, play ground all have people having a great time. The unit is very spacious with everything that I could need on vacation. We had very few interactions with Mike accept for booking questions in the beginning, and he answered I believe it was within an hour. This was our first Airbnb booking and he made it stress free. We look forward to dealing with Mike again to book another property, but honestly this one is just about perfect for us!

We had a great experience here! The apartment was better than the pictures listed and the location was extremely convenient! It was perfectly situated on the Main Street and we walked everywhere. Very close to the beach and such a lovely little town. Very family friendly and quaint. We also accidentally left a personal item after checking out and contacted Doug to see if it could be sent to us and he responded immediately and was extremely accommodating! Overall a great experience. The only little thing I would suggest to future guests is to be prepared to bring your own cooking essentials like, oil, salt & pepper and spices etc. as there weren’t any in the apartment. We mostly ate out but this was a little difficult for the meals we wanted to cook there.

We stayed at Mikes place for 4 nights. It was very nice and we really enjoyed the grounds. There was an indoor pool which was heated and kept at about 85 degrees and the grounds were beautiful. Mikes place was also really nice. It was spacious and very comfortable. All that you would expect from a condo. The fireplace was also a nice touch as was the balcony that we enjoyed sitting and having coffee. Overall, we would stay there again for sure !!!

We had a great stay here. Check in was easy and the suite had everything you need to feel at home. Staff was also very nice and helpful. Would recommend!

Great spot! We were there for the 2nd Best Comedy Festival, hosted by the nearby Coalition Theater. This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. Location-wise, it couldn't have been more accessible to the Downtown Arts District and all the shows. Our hosts were super responsive and we'd be happy to stay here again!

David’s place was great. The grounds are beautiful, the unit itself was clean and roomy, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchenette was equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, small oven with stove top, microwave, some cups, and dishes. The bed and couch were comfortable as well. Reception had no problem checking us in a little before 10pm and allowed us to store our bags there after checkout. The unit itself is part of a timeshare, but honestly the staff member was not too pushy in asking if we wanted to come see a presentation (we declined). The place is a little far to recommend walking from Colonial Williamsburg, however, by car it is only 5-6 mins away. David was a responsive host and I’d stay again.

Very convenient to the Richmond Convention Center. A good home base for being out and about. The parking add on was a plus. The chat messages were good. You can tell they are automated, but they provided relevant info when needed.

Very nice place peaceful. We enjoyed the balcony. The place was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay wle will definitely be back. The steps where a little to much but great overall.

Brandon’s home was as beautiful as the pictures. We loved how easy it was to walk to everything in the town. The pool and rooftop patio were an added bonus. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, and the house easily accommodated our group of 8. We will be back!

Our son had a baseball tournament at Williamsburg, VA so we made it a short family vacation. We had a fantastic family stay here. The location was perfect; it was close to local attractions and convenient for family outings. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. The host was responsive and proactive. Kids enjoyed the nearby parks, and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we'd highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Williamsburg, Virginia.

The hosts were readily available with help and suggestions. Very easy to find because of their instructions. Extremely clean. Felt safe coming and going at all times. Location is very close to downtown, near the capital and the river. We would rent here again!

Had a great stay here. Close to Williamsburg, Jamestowne, and Yorktown. Lots of restaurants nearby and the kids loved the pool.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and our host Lisa was great! She was very responsive, answering all of my questions in a timely fashion. The resort that we stayed at was wonderful for our family getaway. It had a great layout for both privacy and family time, walking area around the resort for our dog and peaceful setting. I will definitely look for this option again when choosing a place to stay. Thank you, Lisa, for making this such a great experience for me.

This was such a gorgeous airbnb! way more spacious than the photos let on. Rachel was also a very helpful and responsive to any problems or needs I had. I think this is a place for someone who is looking for night life and a party scene. Clubs are around the corner as well as food and tons of things to do.

Our stay at Tara’s was great. She was very responsive to my questions. The location was great and within 30 minutes of everything we planned to do. The amenities were within easy access. We used the indoor pool, the putt putt course, the playground, as well as the grills. Everyone had such a good time. Thanks Tara for everything! We would definitely love to stay there again when in that area.

Place was as advertised. It was clean and had all the stated amenities. Comfortable place to stay while visiting family. Just a note the laundry is not in the unit but is free to use in the building.

We had an amazing girls weekend in large part because of how beautifully the rental was decorated, the amenities that came with it and its amazing location! We all agreed we will be looking at renting this location again next year!

Patriot's Place was the perfect location for W&M's graduation weekend! Very roomy. We were only 4 people, but it could have easily accommodated 8. Perfectly clean and serviceable, had all the amenities listed, and easy-peasy check out which we very much appreciated. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This townhouse is located inside the Hilton Powhattan resort, benefitting from the facilities of a popular holiday destination, swimming pool, walking routes and exceptional public amenities. The accomodation was spacious (2 en-suite bedrooms) kitchen and washing / drying facilities. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with coffee and star gazing in the clear nights. The place had been cleaned well before arrival, the pre check in comms were great and the wifi worked. For international guests, this is not served well by public transport , but an Uber is usually available within 10-15 minutes. It’s about 15 minutes to the university and 45 minutes to the airport. Overall, a memorable stay in a beautiful environment. Really glad we chose this!

The place was exactly what was described!! Lots of amenities including 3 pools, putt putt golf, arcade and more all included with your stay. My family and I will definitely stay here again. We love this place! Andrew was a very responsive host and very informative.
