From the house you will find several paths to walk or bike among horses. The Sarthe is 1 km away by footpath. The 25 m2 accommodation has a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Guests will have access to an outdoor area with garden furniture.

Petit appartement cosy dans une rue calme. Le village est situé en bord de Sarthe avec son petit port, son écluse et sa guinguette !
