Beautiful house and very nice host. The area around the lake is very beautiful and there is delicious pizza nearby. Unfortunately, there is no TV. Due to the architecture of the house, you are very close to the neighbors.

We stayed at Valentina's for 2 days and everything was perfect. The house is a very nice favor, very clean and with everything you need. Even in the bathroom there is everything. We stayed with a dog and there were also dog cookies!We felt pampered, we were there during the Christmas holidays and the house was all decorated for Christmas. Books and games of society to pass the time, wood ready for the small and beautiful stove. But the best thing was Valentina was very kind , caring she gave us a lot of useful tips and made everything perfect!Thank you Valentina!

The apartment is very spacious, bright, comfortable and extremely well organized. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, which are very useful for longer stays. We stayed in January and enjoyed the independent heating and the very warm and comfortable house. The apartment is for two people, and there is plenty of space available. The entrance and balcony are very nice. In addition, being in an internal courtyard, the apartment is very quiet and sheltered. Nearby, really a short walk away, there is the Bigoleria al Torchio, very good. Easily reachable on foot from the station, it is also very close to the historic center of Mantua, it really takes just a few minutes on foot to be in Sant'Andrea, 10-15 to the Ducal Palace. Mrs. Pierangela was precious, generous with advice and always present for questions or concerns.

Very nice apartment in the historic center of Mantua, a stone's throw from Palazzo Ducale. I was impressed by the organization of the apartment: there is everything you need and more. Paola is wonderful, she welcomed us on our arrival and gave us all the necessary information. The breakfast provided by Paola and the directions to the local restaurants were very much appreciated. It was very convenient to arrive by car to the entrance of the apartment thanks to the ZTL pass. I hope, in the future, to be able to be a guest of Paola in her beautiful apartment again. You can see and feel the passion he puts into it. Congrats.

The apartment is perfect! It matched the description and photos: very clean and tidy. Top private garden and the condominium pool was a cherry on top. Equally perfect location: top for reaching the many tourist attractions in the area. We absolutely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! It had such a homey feel — quiet, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal: walkable to all the main sights and close to some really great restaurants. Andrea was a fantastic host — very communicative, flexible, and made everything super easy for us. Lovely place and lovely host !

The house, the garden... A little piece of paradise! It was beautiful, quiet, lots of birdsong... We felt very comfortable right away! The breakfast was great, we could express our wishes and every morning there was something new to discover! We could even watch fireflies on this beautiful spot of earth.. We had not noticed when booking that the kitchen may not be used, there are also no cooking utensils available. So we rescheduled and improvised, which was no problem. Thank you Serena and Amedeo for the wonderful time!

Léonie and her husband are very pleasant hosts with whom we had a good exchange. The accommodation is really nice, the garden very cozy and well flowered. The breakfast is hearty and adapted to our taste. We recommend it.

This place was easy to find and a great location to get to Gardaland. The room had AC, a cute balcony and felt nice and clean.

New, clean, and a 20 minute walk to town centre, train and ferries. The location worked well for me. The breakfast options were slice bread, crackers, some cereal, and cold cuts which I really appreciated. Perfect 👌

Top home for the quick holidays really great but a bit remote and public transport is not the yellow of the egg Therefore I recommend to come by car. Eleonora herself is really open, very hospitable and super flexible!
