The Kit House is a perfect place for a weekend with friends or family! An open floor plan and a full kitchen makes the downstairs ideal for gathering. This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

A two-story mountain home is surrounded by trees and rolling landscape. The home features a light-colored exterior with large decks that wrap around the front. Windows are visible, allowing natural light to fill the interior while the sloped yard leads toward a wooded area.

Loft with futon that pulls out to a full bed. 75 inch smart tv in main living room. Loft area with bubble hockey table, Nintendo. TV with Roku in each room.
