A house with a long, exciting history, which we have carefully and with great respect brought into the 21st century. The house stands alone in the middle of nature: directly below the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area and only 10 km from the city of Merano. 170 square meters can accommodate eight to 12 people. The garden is gently sloping, just behind the three larches, about 100 meters away, is our other chalet, the Chalet Leckplått. Private mountain view sauna.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet. Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.
