We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

The newly renovated Lykke Hus (Danish for happiness) is in a quiet location, just 650 m from the center of Timmendorf and just 1.2 km from the beach. The house is very family-friendly and offers a large garden (300 m²), a terrace and a balcony, as well as four free parking spaces, sufficient parking spaces for bicycles and Wi-Fi. The house has 2 connected and, if desired, separate apartments on 2 floors with separate entrances.

The spacious vacation home with the quiet location close to the beach and forest offers all the amenities you could wish for on vacation. Many leisure activities in and around Scharbeutz provide variety for all ages. Everything is within walking distance in the village. The bedrooms with two beds each and the three bathrooms allow for a comfortable stay. So you can retreat and enjoy your peace at night. Cribs can be provided.

The house has a size of 100 m² and is equipped with an opaque and furnished terrace. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house and bicycle storage under the carport. We provide you with free Wi-Fi. Upon prior registration, we will gladly provide you with a children's travel bed and high chair. As well as a laundry package consisting of bed linens and towels, available for a fee and prior registration.
