The historic Black Forest house, located at 1000 meters above sea level in a sunny south-facing location, is for you alone! Built by a naturopath, it has been preserved unchanged in its character and carefully renovated. Very close are Titisee, Badeparadies Schwarzwald, a golf course, the Hinterzarten and Feldberg ski slopes. Hiking trails, cycling and mountain bike tours and a cross-country trail start right at the house. The place is for couples, families with children and anyone looking for peace and relaxation in nature.

Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.
