Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Generous space for 8 people with all the amenities for relaxed living in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Enjoy the ocean with nearby cliffs and beaches, or hang back on the sun-drenched pool deck. Evenings are spent around the fireplace either indoors or outside. Gårdsplass med oppstilling av inntil 5 biler og stor gressplen for lek og moro. Ta på slippers og badekåpe og rusle ned til vannet (400m) til badebrygge. Stor terrasse på 45 kvm gjør ettermiddagen spesielt fin og Weber Genisis grill gjør unna middagen i en fei. Nytt lekkert bad i annen etg som ble totalrenovert i 2022, og massasjedusj på badet i 1 etg.

A small and charming house by the sea

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.
