Welcome to our newly-built and fully equipped guest house "StrandVillan" located on the west coast gem Hyppeln. In the nice marina there is a swimming jetty, diving tower and sauna with fantastic view over the sea. The restaurant St. Oset is right next door. A fantastic hiking trail stretches around the entire island where you reach an old military fort with wonderful views with a coffee place. Also salty baths from rocks, mountains as well as a child-friendly sandy beach with a swimming jetty are reached via the trail that is reached via the guesthouse directly.

Here you live with great ocean view near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square meters plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, TV etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely terrace or take a short walk down to the dock for a swim. Perfect for sun, swimming & crab fishing. The apartment faces south and has a balcony in the east with exit from the kitchen and patio to the southwest where you can show up for dinner. Välkommen till vårt hus. Huset är 170 kvm, smakfullt inrett och nära till bad. Du tar dig lätt till grannön Donsö genom broförbindelse. Samt övriga öar i vår skärgård med båt. Restauranger och affärer finns på ön med promenadavstånd. Vi har en väldigt fin skog runt hörnet av huset med fantastisk utsikt över skärgården. Golfbil finns att hyra på Styrsö Bratten. Till Styrsö kommer man från Saltholmen med passagerarfärjor som tar ca 15 min. I huset finns fyra sovrum med plats för 6-7 personer

Happiness/Private annex near the sea with evening sun!

We hire out our annex near the sea and swimming area! Patio with barbecue with sun all day. One bedroom, one sofa bed and a loft with 4 beds. 5 min to the beach and 10 min to two really good restaurants. Close to Gothenburg and Smögen. Golf course within walking distance and tennis court as well. Kayaks and bikes find for rent close by. Rented weekly Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy and relax in this calm, stylish space. For bed linen and towels and cleaning there is an extra fee!

A view to die for (Évika 5)

We had a spot on our land with a view to die for, but too small for raising a house. The solution is this camper with its luxurious amenities and fully serviced: connection to the electric grid, unlimited water, gas, bedwear, cleaning upon departure. It can comfortably fit two adults and two children, with one permanent double bed and one that can be made up in the dining aread at the other end of the camper. Available only between June and September.
