One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

10 min from Lago di Braies

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

From here you can easily reach the most beautiful ski slopes, or go on excursions, in winter and summer, such as the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Lake Braies. The house is located in front of the Park, with tennis courts and beautiful walks. The tourist tax is 2.50 per day per person.
