An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

During our stay, we felt like we were at home... they were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. We had a very enjoyable holiday. If I come to Cesme again, I will choose it again. We thank Ms. Sevcan and her family very much. 💜

We had a wonderful day with Ms. Melis's perfect hosting, the cleanliness of the house, everything being attentive, thoughtful and in place. From the moment we first entered the house, we wanted to extend our holiday. Although I like to stay in new places during holidays, I definitely plan to come again. I recommend it to my friends with my eyes closed, it is a house that deserves its price to the fullest🤍🙏🏻

Super photogenic, traditional style house. Very clean and well equipped. It’s about 5km outside the main town so you will need a car if you want to explore the island. Recommend CRC Car Rental Chios. The setting is breathtaking, beautiful courtyard and views of the water. Chios is just a magical place in the world and this little gem is all part of that magic

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Ms. Ayşe's house is a great place for those who want peace and quiet. The house was exactly as shown in the images. The house was clean and there was equipment to meet all your needs. I would love to come back. Ms. Ayşe was also a caring, kind person who responded to messages immediately. I would recommend it to those who are thinking of going, with my eyes closed. Great location, decent house, and very beautiful garden. The host is extremely kind. I would recommend if you want to stay out of the chaos of Alaçatı center but still be close (3-4 min car, 25 min walk) to it.

Very central location! On weekends it is very noisy at night, but very pleasant on weekdays. We felt very comfortable at the place. Very nice decor. The owner was always available.

Semra was extremely helpful, gave recommendations and responsive to any queries. Home was clean, tidy and exactly as in pictures. Garden lovely too. The tiny local shop had lots of amazing fruit and veg and we felt like they began to know our daily trips. We will return.
