I have been using this platform for 7 years. I use AirBnb for most of my domestic and international travels. Among all my travels, Mr. Burhan's house was definitely the best quality, the most "homely", the most friendly, the most comfortable and definitely the cleanest. The house is designed to cover and accommodate everything you need. 5 ultra-luxurious rooms, each with a separate bathroom and toilet, were delivered sparkling clean. The housekeepers are available 24 hours a day to respond to your support requests and fulfill almost any request. Mr. Burhan asked if we had a request every day, and he was incredibly helpful. Every part of the house is designed with a sense of luxury. From the 100" TV in the living room to the pool ceramics, even the finest details are equipped with the highest quality products. Confidentiality and privacy are highly valued. The security of the house is very well provided. I will choose Mr. Burhan's house without hesitation for my future travels.

the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

The house overlooks a beautiful garden with sheep and hens. The sweet smell of orange blossoms and the sound of the birds singing helps you to relax instantly. The house is lovely with an excellent outside area to read a book or listen to the singing from the nearby churches. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Our stay at Kyriakos’ place was a great choice for our family of two. The place is more than enough for 2 people and it is walkable almost in minutes to Chios city centre. Kyriakos was always responsive and he even helped us to check in early even it was a last minute communication from our side. The building is one of the mostly renowed one in the neighborhood, I believe. The place has most of the amenities that you could need during your stay. Efharisto Kyriakos for your lovely hosting!

I traveled with my wife and 1.5-year-old child. The entrance and interior were suitable for us. The garden was pleasant. It was within walking distance to the center and the needs. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was adequately furnished. The high chair and crib we wanted for the baby were in place.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Expectations were more than met. The location is perfect (right on the Chios Fortress, close to the harbor) to explore the town of Chios, which has some very good restaurants and bars, on foot. The apartment itself is brand new furnished with high quality branded products. In addition, from coffee to milk & water, everything is there for a good start. The hostess is also very friendly and flexible, easily accessible, and very helpful. A very clear recommendation! Also for families (we: two adults, two children), as there are two beds in a separate room. Glad to come back!
