Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tolentino

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

The apartment is very interesting as decoration, at the end of the old town with beautiful and peasful panorama. Everything is clean and tidy. Walking distance from the center, good restaurants in the vicinity. Host was very responsive and helpful with local advice.

Paolo and Rita were very kind hosts. Paolo was very friendly and helpful. He sent us things to do in the area and delicious restaurants. There are fantastic restaurants in the area. Their home was cosy and pristine. They even gave us milk and cookies. Thank you for having us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

Alessia's accommodation is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the beautiful Marche hills, a place to restore body and spirit, just what we needed. The rooms are fresh and clean, we never had to turn on the air conditioning even though it was very hot during the day. Don't miss the large hot tub with views of the hills and the sea, at sunset after a day at the beach or even after dinner with the stylishly lit garden. Alessia was very kind and caring, always available but never intrusive, her sympathy and sensitivity were helpful at a difficult time for us, thank you very much for this! As soon as we have the chance, we will definitely return.

Great location, responsive hosts, lots to do in the heart of Assisi. What more can you ask for? Wonderful place to experience the deeply religious experience of St Francis' hometown!

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable hostess. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one is hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very well taken care of and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the table football, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation for this is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

We returned again this year to this apartment, which is perfect for us: always very clean, fully equipped, with the large terrace from which you can see the sea and the huge garage where both the car and the bikes are comfortably stored. It's close to the sea and bike paths. Uanita is always very kind and helpful. We always have a great time!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Luxurious accommodation. We had a family vacation, we all liked it. The apartment owner arranged a transfer from the airport and back for us, which was a necessary convenience for us. Clean, cozy, close to the beach. Recommended 👍

An absolutely fantastic stay - it couldn't have been better! We are absolutely thrilled with this accommodation! Salvina and Giovanni were fantastic. They welcomed us with affection, prepared the house with great care and excellent hospitality! They did it with a kind heart and soul, thank you very much! The house enjoys a panoramic view of the sea, the interiors have everything you need and one of the best features is the outdoor shower (the view remains unbeatable)! Very clean environment! Numana is a small, typical, and charming town, the pebble beaches are well maintained, and the sea is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

Roberto’s place was absolutely beautiful! The location is fantastic — steps from great restaurants, the beach, a delicious gelato shop, and supermarkets if you want to cook at home. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had one of the most stunning views I’ve seen in a long time. It stayed cool and fresh with excellent ventilation and air conditioning — ideal for summer. Roberto was the perfect host: incredibly kind, welcoming, always responsive, and even offered to take me to the station when I left — such a thoughtful gesture! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made everything super easy. I couldn’t have wished for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Roberto’s place to anyone visiting Grottammare.
