Η Louise μας απαντούσε πάντα και γρήγορα σε ότι απορία είχαμε και ήταν πάντα ευγενική σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε για την διαμονή μας. Παρείχε σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη και μάλιστα επειδή φτάναμε βράδυ ήταν διαθέσιμη να την καλέσουμε αν μπερδευόμασταν αλλά τελικά δεν χρειάστηκε. Το διαμέρισμα είναι αντίστοιχο με τις φωτογραφίες και οι περιγραφή της Louise ταίριαζε απόλυτα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε συγκρότημα διαμερισμάτων με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και θέση στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητό μας. Είναι σε μια όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία οχι μπροστά στην παραλία αλλά σε 5' με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι στις ταβέρνες και τα καφέ, ενώ η διαδρομή είναι ευχάριστη μέσα στο χωριό.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άψογο, καθαρό και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον επισκεφθεί την περιοχή!

Περάσαμε φανταστικά!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο..είχε τα πάντα και ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Πολύ ευρύχωρο και προσεγμένο!!Μπαλκόνι μεγάλο με ωραία θέα τη θάλασσα..Κουζίνα κεραμική..μαγειρεψαμε με άνεση και ψυγείο μεγάλο!!Τα έφτανες όλα με τα πόδια..Πάρκινγκ με σκιαστρο...Και το σημαντικότερο ήταν η υποδοχή και η φιλικότητα της Μαρίας και του Παναγιώτη!!Λες και πήγαμε στους φίλους μας να μας φιλοξενήσουν!!!Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια...Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!!!!Σας περιμένουμε στα Γιάννενα αστέρια!!!

Hôte très agréable qui parle très bien anglais. Le logement était très propre et proche du petit théâtre à pied et de sunken city. Parfait pour nous

Emplacement proche du centre. L’appartement est propre et correspond bien à la description faite. Nos deux enfants ont pu dormir dans la petite chambre, mais attention si vous avez de grands enfants car le lit n’est pas si grand. Communication et hôte très réactif.

This is a rare gem! The apartment was amazingly prepared, Christina is awesome. We had no trouble finding the place and she made us feel right at home. Honestly, no complaints at all. Reasonably priced, very well located - close to the beach(es), near several shops and restaurants, with private parking. There is a small patio under a lemon tree, which is part of the property, allowing you to have breakfast outside and to make as much lemonade as you wish from freshly squeezed lemons. We have stayed all over the world in previous years in AirBnB’s and I have never experienced better prepared apartment before. Book this place, we sure would, again.

We verbleven 4 nachten en sliepen lekker. Je kunt naar het centrum lopen. Boodschappen in de buurt. Genoten van het terras. Helaas was onze dochter ziek en hebben we niet alle plannen kunnen uitvoeren.

La casa de Eleni transmite alegría, paz y relax. Las flores de la entrada y las estancias para tomar los alimentos al aire libre son espectaculares. Muy acogedor todo. Eleni muy servicial y cuidadosa de todo. Recomendable 100%. Volvería

Siamo stati 3 notti per visitare un po' i dintorni ed il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole! Efi ci ha aspettato con frutta fresca, acqua fresca nel frigo e tutto il necessario per colazione il giorno dopo! Abbiamo mangiato nella sua taverna, ti fa entrare in cucina come se fossi a casa tua, il cibo molto buono! Siamo stati con il cane ed Efi și era offerta di badare a lui se fosse bisogno durante le nostre visite in giornata, non c'è stato bisogno ma comunque grazie! La casa ha un bel giardinetto però poi si può girare liberamente anche nel suo vigneto ed ovunque nella proprietà. Il tutto semplice ma molto pulito! Quando siamo andati via ci ha preparato un contenitore con la sua frutta fresca per il viaggio, sembrava di andare via dai parenti, grazie Efi per tutto, ospitalità, cibo, le albicocche meravigliose, un saluto a Teo ed a Bella che ci salutava ogni giorno!

Très beau village, Katerina est très accueillant et sympathique. De la communication au départ et à l'état de l'appartement, tout a été simple et efficace. Je le recommande grandement !

Ο Αντρέας ήταν πολύ φιλικός, μας έστειλε προτάσεις για εστιατόρια στην περιοχή, απαντούσε πάντα άμεσα όποτε και να χρειαστήκαμε όχι μόνο την βοήθειά του αλλά και την άποψή του. Όταν μπήκαμε το σπίτι μύριζε καθαριότητα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα, από καφέ και μπαχαρικά μέχρι σακούλες για τα σκουπίδια, γεγονός που έκανε τη ζωή μας πολύ πιο εύκολη κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Ο δρόμος μπροστά από το σπίτι χρησιμοποιείται σπάνια οπότε τα παιδιά μας μπορούσαν άνετα να παίξουν με ασφάλεια. Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε.

Η διαμονή μας στο χώρο ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο Πάνος ήταν πολύ φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός έχοντας προτάσεις για φαγητό και διασκέδαση καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονή μας.

Mr. Lori welcomed us on behalf of the owner and made us feel right at home immediately. He explained how everything worked in the home in simple terms. The home is new, with great a/c, lighting and for me most importantly a Nespresso machine. Well located at the entry to Ververonda, close to all of Porto Heli’s attractions. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

Hôte accueillante et qui parle français, c’est pratique. Très arrangeante.

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

I had a great experience staying at Takis and Dionysia's place. Check in was easy and uncomplicated, Takis met me when I arrived and helped get me oriented, very friendly. If you have a car, there's always parking along the wall at the graveyard on the adjacent street. There's a Lidl right down the road too, only a two minute walk which was very nice. if you don't mind walking, you can get into town in 20 minutes or so on foot (you can also drive into town quickly but parking could be tricky). There are quite a few nice restaurants nearby too, so no need to talk into town to eat. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Nice town and beautiful beaches. The apartment was spacious and close to everything. Theodoros was friendly and helpful and always responded fast. Nice people and good recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Tolo!

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα στο σπίτι της κας Αναστασίας. Ένα πολύ όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι, με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση. Τα πάντα ήταν καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα. Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες σε αφθονία μέσα στα συρτάρια. Ένας σπίτι που σίγουρα θα ξαναεπιλέξουμε.

Bardzo dobre miejsce na rodzinne wakacje. Mieszkanie posiada wszystkie udogodnienia nawet na dłuższy pobyt, a w związku z gorącym latem na duży plus jest klimatyzacja w każdej sypialni i salonie. Tuż obok jest mała plaża, kąpiele w morzu z samego rana były wyjątkowe.

Appartement très bien placé, fonctionnel et calme. Georgia s’est montrée très disponible. Nous vous conseillons le bake house juste en dessous pour le petit déjeuner et la visite des sites antique en fin d’après midi quand tous les cars sont partis.

modern eingerichtete Etagenwohnung, am Stadtrand von Nafplio der Balkon zur Strasse hin und die Aussenterrasse mit Sonnenschirm haben wir nicht genutzt, da es im Juli zu heiss dafür ist (nur einmal abends probiert), das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist eher für Kinder gedacht (Bettgestell), Parken kein Problem, sehr gute elektrische Infrastruktur, Küche gut ausgestattet, haben uns als Familie wohlgefühlt, Ausflüge nach Epidaurus und Mykene dauern mit Auto ca. 30 min, grosser Sandstrand 15 min, gute Basis in Nafplio schnelle Kommunikation mit Vermieter, ins Stadtzentrum läuft man sicher 15 min, nur mit Auto empfehlenswert
