Point Reyes Tennis House

The Point Reyes Tennis House is located on a quiet rural lane in the village of Point Reyes Station, just one hour north of downtown San Francisco. The home is one of two residences on a beautiful acre plus property. It features a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, appliances and dishes set next to a large dining and living area. The living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows with expansive views includes a flat screen TV/DVD player, a pellet stove, WiFi, free local and long distance phone with comfortable seating to enjoy the views of the garden and the Inverness ridge. Two lovely bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double, are on either side of the bathroom and the washer and dryer. All linens are provided. Downtown Point Reyes Station, home of the popular Bovine Bakery, Station House Café, Point Reyes Books and the Saturday Farmer’s market at Toby’s Feed Barn is short walk from the Tennis House. The downtown features many wonderful shops and restaurants including Susan Hayes Handwovens, Zuma, Café Reyes, Stellina’s the Point Reyes Surf Shop and Flower Power. The Point Reyes National Seashore and bay and ocean beaches are just minutes away. The property provides guests with a rose garden, a private deck, a brick patio with gas BBQ and picnic table and plenty of furniture to enjoy the out of doors. Guests are also invited to enjoy the private tennis court and the back yard bocce ball court. Children are welcome. A two night minimum is required unless a $75 cleaning fee is applied. Airbnb collects the Marin County 14% occupancy tax at time of booking.

Sunny Inverness Cottage

Private and peaceful guest cottage in the Seahaven neighborhood of Inverness. It is 15 minutes from ocean beaches, bay swimming and the restaurants and shops of Point Reyes Station. This comfortable and clean one bedroom, one bath cottage is located down a long driveway that is shared by the main house and is surrounded by forest. Walls of windows in the bedroom and living room let in light and forest views, but the orientation of the house allows for privacy. The living room has a wood burning stove, small kitchen (oven, stove, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), small TV with cable and DVD, wireless internet, a deck with table and radiant floor heating. The bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a full bathtub with shower and the toilet is in an adjoining room. Towels and linens are provided. Two sides of the property border the state park, and the cottage is only minutes from beaches on Tomales Bay. Maximum occupancy is 2. No pets. No Smoking. 1 night minimum. Please give us at least two days notice for bookings.

Family Beach Cottage

Third generation family cottage with beach, private hot tub on the deck and amazing views of Tomales Bay. The gravel frontage road leading from State Route 1 to the Beach Cottage was once part of the narrow gauge railroad that took vacationers, farm animals and lumber up and down the coast from 1871 to 1930. If you need more space, you can also book our Rustic Beach Cottage, which is directly next door and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, as well as its own outdoor hot tub and fabulous bay view.

Quintessential Tomales Victorian , our sanctuary when we can get to the coast. When we cannot, we open up the first floor of the house for guests to enjoy. The upstairs is locked but you have access to the entire downstairs & outdoor areas. You will be the only occupants in the house during your stay. Limit of 3 guests. Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.
