We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! She was always there when you needed something. 🥰 Only to recommend and of course to come back 🤗 Thank you very much for this beautiful vacation 🍀💫 We will definitely see you again 😘

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.

Six of us spent 11 nights in this villa. It was a very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable and everything very clean. The kitchen equipment was first-class, nothing was missing, there was also a coffee machine and a whole pack of beans for it. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen very much and used it a lot. The only drawback here was the knives, which could have been a little sharper. Danijel was extremely friendly and helpful, on request he brought us additional towels and took care of everything very exemplarily. The drive to the villa is a bit adventurous, over a very tiny road, but you are away from all the hustle and bustle and have a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres. We can definitely recommend the place.

It was a great stay at the Stone House Ana. Especially the Grill , the multiple ways to sit outside in the garden and of course the Hot Tub🔥 were great. Your AirBnB is super clean and the interior fits the house perfectly. My girlfriend and I were very happy that we choose your house for our late summer vacation in the beautiful region of Istria. We spent 4 very nice days at the villa. This is very modern and is surrounded by other (holiday)villas. The location is quiet and the large property offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Kristina is a great host and was always easily accessible. The communication was very pleasant and we always got answers very quickly. Not only the pool is a highlight. There is also a BBQ, a fireplace and a modern kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and simple but modernly furnished. There is a carport with space for two vehicles. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because of the weather, but we had a great time all in all. Also good restaurants are nearby and many attractions. Particularly noteworthy was the good condition of the interior design, cutlery and kitchen appliances. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

Great and very clean place. Peacefull place perfect for resting. I would recommend it to anyone, and definetly will come back again next year. Great experience. Host is super friendly.

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great. Our 3 year old loved it and was great that it was under cover. Taxis / Ubers were reasonable into Fazana and Pula and we hired a car for further trips and you could walk to the local beach in about 15 mins. We loved the space and location. Restaurant across the road is definitely worth a visit!

The villa is beautiful, very clean and equipped with every comfort. High-quality materials outside and in the kitchen, very pleasant. The swimming pool is wonderful with warm temperatures. A rental car is needed to explore the area. Pula is a half-hour drive, as is Rovinj. The village of Bale nearby is authentic and therefore very nice. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom, also very clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and closet space. The beds are very nice. Communication went smoothly. Anton responded quickly and kindly. Recommended for when you want to relax in peace :)

We were all so happy in this accommodation, the only downside was saying goodbye this morning... we would have loved to have stayed !!! We will be happy to come back !!! Many thanks to the hosts

The house owners are super nice. They welcomed us very nicely and took care of all our needs. The house is brand new and very modern. The pool and whirlpool have great water quality.

We had a great week in this nicely renovated and cosy house with a nice living room and great garden with pool. It is located right between several nice cities like Rovinji, Porec and Pula and close to many nice beaches. It is a place where you feel a home straight away.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

My stay in this beautiful house deserves 5 stars. Communication was simple and Alenka responded extremely quickly to all our inquiries. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay in this peaceful and natural environment. The location is perfect for accessing any coastal part of Istria within a maximum of 30 minutes drive. I highly recommend it!
