You can conveniently park outside in a private space. It is accessed from a driveway with an automated gate via a staircase or elevator. The large living space with access to a furnished balcony includes a kitchen area (with a dishwasher), a dining area, and a seating area. It has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and TV and two bathrooms with a comfortable shower

Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.
