It is great for a walk, and there is a reservoir 2-3 minutes walk along the promenade, and if you go further up, there is a temple (the reservoir trail is up the paddock to the left in front of the house). Tongyeong Intercity Bus Terminal and large grocery stores (E-Mart, Top Mart, Hanaro Mart), cafes, bakeries, and restaurants are about 5 minutes away by car. Jukrim Coast with an open sea view is within about 3km (about 5 minutes by car), and it is good for a walk until late at night and you can order delivery food. * There is also a pretty Hanok Holly Cafe (holli) near the accommodation (5 minutes on foot)!
