The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

The house is located on the back part of our property, we live in the front house with our dog (who is often in the separate garden) Longer stays on request.
