Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
