Perfect location. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked. Check-out instructions were extremely minimal, it was nice to not feel like we had to spend hours leaving like some other places. It is right next to a public beach access, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the people moved on quickly and settled further down the beach. I wish there were screens in the windows so that we could have opened them, but the sliding door does have a screen which was nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves!

John has an amazing little gem hidden here. My family loved every minute of being here - we didn’t want to leave! We were worried about the size but once we got there seen there was plenty if not more space! Beautiful home with the cutest little farm beside it. John was very thoughtful with everything inside the home, we didn’t need anything. Such a great experience, truly hope to come back. The binder full of great information and recommendations was a great tool. We really appreciate you opening your home to us. Such a great, unforgettable experience.

This place is soooo beautiful and Paul really had all the small things to go with your vacation. There are beach chairs, an outdoor shower, books, even a pack n play! I will definitely try to come back here if possible.

I didn’t want to leave! This place is amazing! Panoramic views of the sound. On a quiet street, tucked away and private. Wrap around deck. So clean and quaint. Everything you need to have a relaxing stay. I brought my own food and grill, and we didn’t even leave. If you are going to eat there, the Utensils you need to eat and cook are in a drawer in the kitchen table… I missed that until right before check out. Love it and will definitely go back.

Surf City Stay was the perfect beach getaway! The unit was spotless when we arrived. super clean and well cared for. The view of the ocean just beyond the sand dunes was beautiful, and it was such a relaxing spot to wake up to each morning. We also really enjoyed the community pool. it was clean, well-maintained, and a great bonus for winding down after the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!
