Beach house holiday rentals in Topsail Island

Perfect location. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked. Check-out instructions were extremely minimal, it was nice to not feel like we had to spend hours leaving like some other places. It is right next to a public beach access, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the people moved on quickly and settled further down the beach. I wish there were screens in the windows so that we could have opened them, but the sliding door does have a screen which was nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surf City! You truly can’t beat the location — just steps from the beach with direct access right off the back deck. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise was a highlight each morning. The house was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Plenty of space for the family, and easy access to town for restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent — responsive and helpful throughout.

Janine was an accommodating and communicative host! The space was clean and had awesome air conditioning (such a plus at the beach!). Awesome location just a few miles North of the Surf City bridge, and on a beautiful stretch of beach. Amazing deck! Would highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for comfort. We used every deck! Super close to the beach, beautiful peaceful view of the sound. It had everything we could possibly need. Karen sent recommendations for food and they did not disappoint! Loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous beach house! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach, and the view from the porch was incredible. We spent hours out there relaxing and soaking it all in. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even letting us check in early, which made everything so easy! You can tell a lot of care goes into this home, and it truly made our trip special. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to come back!

We chose Jennifer's place for many reasons and we sure did it right! We were celebrating a birthday and made an extended Memorial Day weekend out of it! Jennifer's place is amazing. It was the perfect beach house for us! She has top quality in furnishings, bedding, and accents! The hot tub was an added bonus :-) The location was great as well never more than a 30 minute drive around the island to get to shops, restaurants, and fun things to do! And the short walk down the street to the beach made it even better! We highly recommend her place if you are considering it! You will be as satisfied as we were! Thank you Jennifer for opening up your beautiful beach house!

Our family had a wonderful time. Being right on the ocean was perfect- our young grandchildren were able to play & enjoy time on the beach then easily go in for snacks or naps without having to pack everything up each time. Beautiful & peaceful setting.

5 star home! This was great for our entire family vacation. We had grandparents and newborns and every age in between. This house was beautiful, clean, and literally ON the beach. We’ve already made plans to come back. The hosts were incredibly responsive. They took care of ever need we had.

Gorgeous home, spectacular views, extremely clean and organized. Very easy to use all areas of the home when having some disabilities. Best part of home was the views didn’t matter what room you were in. Felt at home, made me calm. Best was to celebrate my 1 yr wedding anniversary with my husband and was able to visit with my mom while done there and she was able to come inside and see the view, when she can’t do any steps. Elevator helped accomplish that. Definitely will be back, this is the are we want to move to one day. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly, checked in with us before during and after our visit to ensure we were having the best time ever highly recommended!!!!

Love this place! Breathtaking views, close to everything, and very peaceful. It's steps away from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and has a beautiful pool that isn't overcrowded. The condo functional. My boyfriend and I found ourselves falling asleep on the Murphy beds listening to the ocean. The hosts were very responsive. Overall - great place to stay

A perfect little spot for a couple! Incredibly easy walk to the beach and cute restaurants/shops. The beach access right across from the unit wasn't overly crowded and made for relaxing and peaceful beach days.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. This last-minute short trip turned out to be just perfect. Everything we needed was conveniently available on-site, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We also appreciated having a restaurant and a coffee/ice cream shop right there. The check-in process was incredibly simple, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.

Nice place! The location was by far the best thing about this Airbnb. You’re right across the street from beach access. Otherwise, place was simple and comfy. Fine for a beach area.

Beautiful and extremely well appointed home for our family reunion and beach trip. Tia has thought of everything you could possibly want or need for a wonderful beach stay. The kitchen is well stocked - we had 3 wonderful family dinners for 11 plus 2 babies. Loved all the little extra touches everywhere and extra supplies and snacks. So thoughtful! And so close to the beach and public access. I will definitely stay at the Orca again!

Really nice place just a couple minutes from the beach. Lots of available extras that most hosts don't provide, such as sunscreen, water bottles in the fridge, etc. Even had decent kitchen knives, which I have never seen in an Airbnb. I brought my daughter and a couple of her friends for the weekend and we had a great time.

Family vacation, worth every penny!! The view is flawless and beyond beautiful!! The home had everything we needed and more! Beach towels, toys, shade, etc! Krisha is an amazing host and super responsive! I would not hesitate to rebook here and hopefully can be back in the future for more relaxing beach time! We already miss it!

Walking into Sittin in the Sand our expectations were exceeded, as the photos don’t do the space justice, especially in the big open living area. Our family group of 6 adults, a toddler and two infants had plenty of room and options to enjoy group/individual time. From enjoying the kitchen and family area for joint meals to having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with lots of deck space and available seating, our group was able to relax and make some wonderful memories together. Having the ocean view and beach access was fantastic, even on days when some rain came thru. The home is tastefully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, ping pong table and bikes. This is truly a place where you can bring your personal items, pick up some groceries and have all you need to enjoy a great beach vacation. The host was friendly, communication was great and went above and beyond to accommodate a couple of our special requests. Can’t wait to return!
