Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Recently refurbished to a high standard, Coombe House is the ideal place for Families and Friends to stay. Featuring a Hot Tub and its own mini pub (The Coombe House Inn) there is plenty to do for all of the family. Measuring approx 250sqm with a grand sitting room there is plenty of space to relax or socialise. Being on Babbacombe Downs you have direct access to all of the Beaches, cafes, restaurants and bars that it has to offer and also one of the best coastal views in Devon.

Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
