Private patio and you also get the whole front yard to yourself. One pet allowed under 25 pounds. (No cats-too much fur)

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)

I stayed at Noemy's place for two weeks. Her place was very nice, clean, comfortable, she provided everything you need, the area is quiet, calm and very beautiful, close to various shopping centers, restaurants and the ocean. I went there quite often for a walk. Noemy itself turned out to be a very kind, considerate, attentive and helpful person. It's nice to talk to her, she is always ready to help and give advice if you ask her. She once treated me to a very tasty soup. In general, thank you Noemy for your wonderful hospitality. I had a great stay at your place!

The house was excellent. Kitchen was clean. I used the microwave to make tea and coffee. Bed was great along with the pillows (very important). Getting the hot water in the shower was a little problem because when I went to hot water only, the water was cold, but when I went 3/4 it was HOT. Warming to others! In the middle of the night I went to the bathroom. When I left the bedroom, the door closed and then the electronic lock activated. Fortunately I remembered the code out otherwise I would have been unable to get back into the bedroom (and if course my phone and belongings were in there!)

Lin’s place was perfect for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was clean, private, and exactly as described, with a secure lock and private bathroom. I really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy parking, which made everything even more relaxing. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and Lin was a thoughtful and responsive host. The home felt safe, quiet, and well cared for—especially the second floor, where guests are kindly asked to remove shoes to keep the white carpet pristine. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept space!

Thanks again for another great stay! This is already my second time here, and I really appreciate the consistency and comfort your place offers. It’s simple, quiet, and had everything I needed for my trip. The location is practical—close enough to the places I needed to go, especially since I was short on time and didn’t have quick transport options. The bus stops to major cities are just a short walk away, which made things even more convenient. Restaurants and places to eat aren’t exactly nearby, but they’re not too far either—easy enough to reach with a short walk or quick ride. I also really appreciate how accommodating you’ve been, especially for allowing me to receive multiple Amazon deliveries during my stay. That was a big help. The place is priced fairly for what it offers. Overall, a chill and convenient spot, and I’m glad I came back. Thanks again for being a great host!
