Beachfront holiday rental in Torre La Mata

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

We stayed here for a month in May/June. The villa is lovely, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. It’s in a very quiet residential area but only around 10 minutes walk to La Mata beach. The garden is amazing and we were surprised how big it actually is. Nick js super friendly and a fantastic host, whenever we had a question or needed something he couldn’t do enough to help us. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in La Mata.

We enjoyed our stay at Dava’s. We had everything we needed and there was a supermarket close by. As advertised.

We 100% recommend Raquel’s place. We stayed for a month with our dog, and we had everything we needed for a long term stay. As others have mentioned, the view from the condo is amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The complex is very dog friendly. The location is terrific for the local beaches + day trips to Calp, Santa Pola and Elche. We spent several days visiting Alicante for the central market, the castle, restaurants and shopping. Raquel is extremely helpful and responsive. In fact, she went out of her way to help us obtain an EU pet passport for our dog. We definitely hope to return.

Lovely stay here with our dogs. Nice enclosed garden and only a 5 min drive to La mata beach and some nice walks for the dogs. Close enough to central Torrevieja for all the restaurants etc but just far enough away for peace and quiet.

Nice to stay at Daniel's house. Our son really liked it until he wants to be an architect and ride a similar one😂😂. Julia the Mother of Daniel was with us at any time we need her and she is lovely.. I know she sleeps very quiet, looks like there are no neighbors 😊It's close to everyone. I would recommend 💯💪 I will speak the house well with my friends@s. Worth the 8h trip from Madrid, on Thursday day 1 of May with the atasco.. And get to his home with a lot of PEACE. We'll be 🔐 back for sure and thank you so much Daniel and Julia🙏 See you soon!

Our stay was excellent, we felt at home, you have all the amenities. We have enjoyed it very much, it is a very nice house😍. Joaquin responds to your messages very quickly and has been very kind.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

This is a wonderfully bright and modern apartment with convenient layout and a nice terrace on the street side. Beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms, and there is plenty of wardrobe space. You will have a private parking space in the parking garage. Rafal and Irina are amazing hosts. Pleasant communication and check in and check out went very smoothly. Recommended.

Annette’s apartment was lovely, with everything you could need for a long stay. The roof terrace was spectacular, we really enjoyed using the sun loungers. The apartment is so well positioned in my view, as it is close to Le Mata we’re they have a really cool outdoor market, which is a great place to get your veg and so much else. It’s only a few dozen meters to the beach which you can see from the roof terrace. Alan who met us at the apartment was super helpful and very kind, really appreciated all his efforts. We would definitely go back again.

The family stayed in this apartment — I really liked everything! Great location: beach, shops, cafes — all within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the host — very responsive and friendly. There were only pleasant impressions. Javier's house is as it appears in the photos. The fact that it has a garage space is not just a plus, it makes it a must-have for the area. The air conditioning saves you from the heat in the area. It has closets and dressers so you can store everything you want and more. The kitchen has everything you need. The sun deck is spacious and with a beautiful view. We were at home and Javier has served us at all times to answer our questions. I'm sure we'll be in touch again for next summer. A great pleasure and very grateful

We loved staying at Paco's place. The view every morning looking out of the many windows where you can see the beach is amazing. We stayed for 3 months during winter. As the rooms are facing south-east, it was nearly every day warm enough to let the heating off. The few days we needed the heating, it was super effective. All communication was like it should be. Small problems were getting fixed as fast as possible and intermediate solutions provided in the meantime (for example the heating in the living room broke and the spare parts took a week to arrive; Paco organized a radiator to keep us warm). The water pressure in the showers is low, but we got used to it. We didn't use the underground garage because the driveway is too steep for our car, our driving abilities and our willingness for taking risks ;) We always found a spot on the streets nearby. These were the only drawbacks we had, everything else was perfect and we can imagine coming back! Thank you, Paco!

We had a wonderful vacation, the apartment was very comfortable and you can see that the owner thought of the details. The kitchen was equipped with everything and in the morning we were able to drink coffee comfortably from home thanks to the capsules provided by the owner. Terrace equipped with deck chairs and table for eating. The apartment is 200 meters from the beach. There are also many restaurants nearby. We'll definitely be back.

We felt very comfortable with the two hosts. They gave us great tips. A super fast communication, they were there for the check-in within 5 minutes. The place was immediately 100m from the beach which was very large and clean. The place was 100% true to the pictures, but the only small flaw I have, it was all a little worn & slightly dusted. But apart from that, a great stay. What we noticed positively, the apartment was furnished with love, the balcony totally loving and also inside. We would come back to La Mata.

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..
