Lovely apartment 100 meters from the blue flag Beach La Mata. The apartment is 90 sqm on two floors. The private terrace is 35 sqm. The balcony is 12 sqm. Total 137 sqm. The apartment is two flights of stairs up with no elevator. Free Wi-Fi. For the TV, there is a Chromecast so you can stream from any apps in your smartphone, such as Netflix, HBO. We have two AC units equipped with coin boxes. €10 for AC is included in the price. The pool is closed for siesta between 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm The minimum age for renting is 25 years.
