Our stay at Juan's went very well. He is very friendly and available. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and with a shared pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation. For more logistical ease, it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish even tho we had to leave at 3;45am we still had a check out in person. There is everything that you can think of that you may need and More… I am sad to say that I spent at least an hour thinking of stuff that they may not have. Thought I had found something (egg cups) that was missing and lo and behold they were in one of the drawers. So helpful as on recent visits to Spain I have had to buy tin foil/cling film but NOT this time. It was all here. The spices and condiments in the little cupboard above the cooker was great as we were a long stayer so cooking was on the agenda🙃🙃 our host was very responsive and helpful every time we contacted her and we really appreciated it as we rocked up about 8hrs before we should but were welcomed with open arms. What a great host, lovely place (with friendly neighbours) and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for helping us to have a great extended holiday.

This was a great stay!! Had everything we needed, very clean house and peaceful area. Pool was amazing and it was a great stay. Mikhail was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed, very friendly host! Would recommend having a car as there is not a lot around within a 15 minute walk.

Martins villa is beautiful, everything you need and more, even better than the photos. Pool is just perfect,close to restaurants and bars. Martin was very helpful and great communication. Will definitely return 😃

The stay was very good, we felt at home. We were with two children and the space pleased a lot. We spent 20 very pleasant days. Points to consider is to have a dryer, to go to Torrevieja depends on a coach for those who are not by car and the bus passes around 40 to 1 hours of waiting, but the point was very close. The beach is close to the beach to walk down a hill and market we buy a lot by Glovo is a 10-minute walk from the site. The front restaurant was also well worth it. All the items in the house were new, and they provided us with two comfortable cribs. In addition, it is worth saying that it was very nice to have a playground right in front of the apartment, for those who have children is a good distraction and the park ahead is also graceful.

We stayed at Juan Carlos’ place for a week with family over New Year’s Eve. We had been travelling europe by Motorhome for a few months so it was nice to be based somewhere. Juan is friendly and helpful and his place is very nice. Everything you need. Loads of outside space with the option for shade too if you need it, we were in winter so didn’t use the outside space so much. We would stay here again 🙂

First impressions count and this certainly made a very good first impression! Sharon was a superb host with prompt responses to any requests or enquiries that I made prior and during my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and this was through the apartment being absolutely spotless and the attention to detail within. We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My friends and I spent a pleasant and comfortable vacation, to the sandy beach and the sea about 350 mm, a short distance of at least two very good restaurants, a shop 50 meters away ( shops are open 7 days a week), very comfortable with privacy, which is not a problem in Torevieja due to the abundance of accommodation and apartments, the host is nice and helpful, in general with a clear conscience I can recommend

I've had a great bridge together with my friends in Daniel's duplex. The host was super attentive and provided information about places of interest at all times. We don't rule out that we'll be back next year 😉

Absolutely stunning villa. Exactly as the pictures show and it was spotlessly clean. Check in and hosts were amazing, could not fault a thing. So friendly and informative. The villa has everything home from home and the hosts have gone to a lot of effort to provide quality furniture and decoration. Beds very clean and very comfortable. The air con was fantastic and pool heated to correct temperature. Walking distance to everything such as shops, bars, beach and nearby street market on Thursdays. You can order on the local uber eats if you want groceries or take out. Local taxis are very cheap. 25 minutes from Mercia airport transfer. Can’t wait to return, such a brilliant experience and relaxing holiday. Thanks again
