Take a break and unwind in this peaceful environment and charming cottage of about 60 m2. Kitchen and bathroom as well as bedrooms were renovated about 8 years ago. Tiled stove in the TV room that warms well. Firewood included. Wood stove in the kitchen that can be used for cooking. Tiled stove in the bedroom only as decoration. About 10 km to a lovely lake with a swimming jetty and 30 km to Gekås. About 12 km to Rydö golf. 70 km to Isaberg. Sheets, duvet covers, towels are not included. Cleaning is not included. We live in the house next door but do not have windows facing the cabin.

Lilla Lyngabo is located with the forest in the back surrounded by lush fields and meadows. Through the large glass sections, you step straight out into nature, from both the bedroom and the kitchen. As the only unique guest, you can enjoy the tranquility and the beauty that surrounds Lilla Lyngabo. Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

The cottage is adjacent to nature reserves as well as hiking and cycling trails. Fishing licenses are required for fishing in the lake. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge.
