Maria’s place is located in an area very close to the beach, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Her place is absolutely spotless clean. I would recommend her place and would certainly stay there again.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr modern, sauber und geräumig. Lucilla ist jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Der Ort ist jedoch wenig auf Touristen ausgelegt, die Promenade eher wenig belebt und der öffentliche Verkehr teils katastrophal. Busse fahren nicht nach Plan, den man auch schwer findet. Für Fahrten z.B. nach Rom muss man jedoch zum Flughafen gelangen, wofür man dann auf ein Taxi angewiesen ist - mit 35 € pro Fahrt für ca. 15 min ziemlich teuer.

We had a wonderful time in the house, which offers everything you need for a short vacation. The hospitality of Adriana and her husband deserves special mention. They were always there to help us with their open and warm-hearted manner and also helped us with various problems. You are not only wonderful hosts, but really amazing, lovely people... please stay as you are! We traveled without a car, which we may have underestimated at times, but there are regular buses to centro di Lido Ostia (beach & harbor) and from there you can also easily get to the Roman city center. So it's just the right distance for day trips of all kind. We would like to thank you for everything, highly recommend the place and would love to come back one day.

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

We absolutely loved staying at Lucia’s home. It was everything we wanted. Close to all the major landmarks, beautiful home in a great neighborhood.. Lucia was an amazing host. She was full of knowledge and gave us great guidance. We will definitely come back here again.

Absolutely Worth the Climb! If you can manage the stairs (it’s a top-floor walk-up, so be ready for a bit of a workout—especially with heavy luggage), you absolutely won’t regret staying in this apartment. The space is beautifully laid out with a surprisingly spacious bathroom—finally room for two, and the shower cubicle was at least 1200x1000mm, which felt like a luxury after other stays in Italy! The private balcony is a dream: secluded, quiet, and shaded after midday—perfect for escaping the Rome heat while enjoying a glass of wine or coffee. Speaking of which, there’s a Nespresso machine, and the air conditioning actually works! Huge bonus in the summer. The apartment is incredibly quiet and private, a true refuge from the noise and crowds of the city. Yet you're right in the heart of it all—walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and high-end shopping like Louis Vuitton. To top it off, the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we had during our entire Italy

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, and it was super helpful that the host met up with us to give clear instructions and make sure we were settled in. Made everything easy and stress-free.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

We stayed at Homaira’s listing prior to boarding our cruise out of Civitavecchia. The balcony views alone are worth it! It’s a very easy walk from the train station to Homaira’s apartment, if you follow the instructions she provides you with to take the train’s underpass (if you don’t, it’s a bit of a hill to take the public road with your luggage!). Please note, it’s on the 13th floor but the elevator only goes up to the 12th. We didn’t find the one flight challenging but keep in mind if you have lots to carry! The apartment was clean, and had all the essentials. We weren’t the biggest fan of the pillows (very stiff), but it didn’t make or break our stay. Overall, Homaira was very responsive to any questions I had! We would stay again if we go on another cruise.

Sara was very friendly and welcoming to her apartment! Her place was very beautiful, clean and modern, located just a quick drive from the airport.

If you are searching for an amazing place to book in Rome…you can stop the search…you found it. If I could give 6 stars I would Very rare to have a one bedroom with a large, bed, a spacious kitchen and comfortable sitting area; and that is before the amazing roof top patio. A great place to have breakfast to start the day and drinks and snacks in the evening. At night the bedroom is quiet, as it is located in the back. You are located in a beautiful tree lined neighbourhood, full of shops, restaurants. An oasis after a visit to many of the crowded sites. I went to Rome to see the sites, not expecting Traverses to be one of them. Definitely made our trip to Rome special

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Fabrizia and Antonio’s apartment. We were very comfortable there. They made check in very easy and provided clear directions with photos for how to get to the apartment. The apartment was also well equipped with everything we needed from snacks/water to power converters. They also provided great food recommendations in the neighborhood. We tried 3 local places they recommended and had wonderful experiences. The neighborhood felt safe and it was very convenient to the metro. We would stay again if we return to Rome! Thanks for a great experience!

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Francescas Airbnb sehr genossen! Sie ist eine ganz fabelhafte Gastgeberin, wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen bezüglich der wunderschönen Stadt Rom an sie wenden und sie ist auf wirklich zuvorkommende Art auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich mit großem Balkon, die Dusche ist nicht allzu hoch (vielleicht 1,85m) und das Bad und die Küche sind im allgemeinen recht klein. Es fehlt aber an nichts und zum Essen gehen hat man sowieso die beste Stadt vor der Haustür. 🫶🏼 🇮🇹

Cuisine et salle de bain agréable. Compter une grosse heure pour rejoindre le centre de Rome en bus et train. Merci a Roberto pour l'accueil

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево
