In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

In summer you can enjoy our heated swimming pool and its 4000 m2 of land. In winter you can relax by the fire with family or friends. We are 1 hour 15 minutes from the landing beaches. The house is the last one in a small village and there is no passage or overlooking.
