Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. Au calme, vous serez à 11 km du Zoo de Beauval (côté parking B), à 13 km de Montrésor, à 16 km du Château de Chenonceau, à 24km du Château de Loches et 29 km d'Amboise. Le Lac de Chemillé sur I. et accrobranche sont à 15 min. Juste envie de repos ou d'une partie de pêche: un étang de 2ha privatif vous attend à 300 m du gîte. Gîte non spécifiquement équipé pour accueillir les personnes en situation d'handicap.

"La Bergerie" 9-person gîte with pool

Pool closed from October 30 to the end of March. The "La Bergerie" Gîte awaits you in a quiet location in the center of the Loire Valley castles and in the heart of the vineyards between Tours and Saumur. It is a family cottage, all gatherings for an evening are prohibited. The land is shaded and our indoor pool is heated to 29°. House renovated in 2018 with large rooms that can accommodate up to 9 adults plus two babies maximum for good times with family or friends.

Single-story house completely restored in 2023, quiet and peaceful. The house is located on an equestrian farm that can accommodate horses. Close to Loches Forest with many horseback riding, hiking and cycling routes. Lake Chemillé with its tree climbing (5 km). Municipal swimming pool open in summer (5 km). Nearby, Montrésor, the most beautiful village in France, Beauval Zoo (20 minutes by car), Loches castles 10 km away, Amboise and Chenonceau 25 minutes by car.

Our cottage is located at the bottom of our garden. This completely independent annex (with private access) of our home is ideally designed to accommodate friends and travelers. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in this quiet area on the banks of the Cher, a 5-minute walk to the city center, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, on the Saint Jacques de Compostela route, close to Tours and close to the exhibition park (Grand Hall).

Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire exterior on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linens, blankets, duvets, towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high enclosure. In winter, the pool is not available. Gite classified 3 stars. This place isn't suitable for people with disabilities.
