Very pleasant stay, very quiet just as I like, I thank Marylène for her kindness, very well located for visiting the sites of the Dordogne.

We had a great time with the family (with two young children and our dog). The accommodation was spotless, very clean, pleasant to live in and perfectly as advertised. The environment is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The host was very welcoming and responsive to our messages, which made our stay even more serene. Check-in and check-out procedures are simple and convenient. We would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. Very peaceful location yet less than 5 minutes drive from Brantome centre. Host was very helpful and responsive and had a whole list of recommendations for local restaurants, places to go, etc etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We've just stayed at Anne's place for a week and had the most wonderful holiday. It had everything we could have wished for and more. Perfect for our 3 year old with so much to do for him and the pool was secured with a fence. There are so many games and spaces to explore. Location was superb and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you Anne for giving us the best week!

We spent 2 fabulous days in a sublime place. It is a haven of peace where everything is gathered to recharge. Brigitte is welcoming and discreet. The pool is accessible without any restrictions. And what a joy to cool off...especially these last few days that were very hot. We will come back, because the region is large, we will rent again in this little paradise.

Our stay went really well. The house is very nice and clean. The location is perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet. Ideal with dogs (walking path that starts from the house). I recommend it without hesitating!

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

Very pleasant stay in this small cottage, very well furnished, with everything, including food! Very discreet hosts but very attentive to well-being. Peaceful and serene setting that we will be happy to return to on a future trip!

We had a great time in the heart of Dordogne. The place is beautiful, overlooking the surrounding woods, the place is quiet and peaceful, if you like tranquility this place is for you. Heated pool and outdoor facilities really very good, being sick as well as my mom, we enjoyed it! The accommodation is functional and very well-equipped, the owners and Jessyca were very responsive to our questions and are present for any concern, very understanding and kind, we thank them 😊

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

beautiful peaceful place accompanied by the croaking of frogs and the jumps of carp...a treat...the spa with an overwhelming heat a real delight... on the other hand disappointed not to be able to lock the door, the sofa really not comfortable even if we spent our time outside the cottage, the duvet with a lot of stains...without these small downsides, the stay was idyllic, the region is waiting to be discovered!!! very discreet and welcoming owners

We have stayed in some amazing places in our time, but this has to be the most beautiful, stunning, amazing place we have ever been to. Diana was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. We will remember this holiday for the rest of our lives, the gites were just perfect, the area was outstanding, we loved every moment and didn’t want to come home! The bed was phenomenal and a real treat as we only have a double at home….we were in sheer luxury!! Excellent stay in Fanlac (couple with a dog) Christophe and Karine are friendly, responsive. The village and its inhabitants are peaceful and warm, not to mention little Vanelle. You will not regret your stay with them and in this beautiful region that is the Dordogne. we loved it.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

This was easily one of the most relaxing, wonderful places we have ever stayed. 5 days away felt like a month's holiday. Beautiful surroundings, extremely peaceful, lovely house. Lots to do in the nearby towns and villages. If you go, you'll want to stay longer and return.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. Wow, what an enjoyable stay! It’s described as Magique and it truly is a beautiful location. Lovely views of the river, hills, and hot air balloons. Leave room in your itinerary to just sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine. My group enjoyed meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and the nice gas grill. There’s a nice bakery right down the hill that you can walk to in the morning. Lots of activities in the area (canoeing down the river, biking, visiting historic sites). We have stayed in many houses and this was our favorite by far. My only hesitation in writing a glowing review is that it may be harder for me to book in the future. The hosts are responsive and welcome you on your arrival and have some tips for the area. Thank you so much Sandrine for a wonderful stay!

We loved our home, very representative of the architecture of Périgord. The location was perfect. We found everything between 5 and 10 minutes. Our hosts were friendly, available and generous in suggestions for the interests of the surrounding area or for the rest of our trip to France. We highly recommend it.
