Monthly Rentals in Trade

When I made the reservation I didn't realize it was located right next to a road but that didn't prove to be a concern. There was very little traffic and the deck and large windows faced away from the road and toward the beautiful view shown in the description. The hosts communicated proactively but not intrusively and the expectations for check-in and check-out were clearly written. The GPS directions were passable but it was very helpful to have received the directions from the hosts in advance which provided several alternatives to roads that were still impacted from storm damage.

An absolutely beautiful view for a great price! Allen was very friendly, helpful, and a great local guide. Beautiful property and very spacious. Would love to stay again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Enjoyed our stay it was very peaceful. Couple minor changes I would make. Not a fan of cheap toilet paper or soaps. With the money I spent those items shouldn’t be the cheapest on the shelf. The grill had old food stuck everywhere and needed cleaned. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves very much. Hot tub was nice and clean and so was the cabin

The home was much larger than I anticipated and is very private for a guest house. The sound of the creek was amazing and so was the rain on the roof. We made use of the kitchen which was well equipped. The property hiking trail is steep, but enjoyable. There are a some trees down due to Helene, but it was pretty nonetheless. The pigs and chickens were a delight and a good highlight to the stay. Over all very peaceful and relaxing. Also: The host was very helpful when there was a road closure, he directed us to an alternative route to town.
