Nice small house in the countryside, perfect for 2 people with 1 child. The house is surrounded by forest, mushrooms, berries and a lake. Fishing licenses are available on site, and a boat is available for rent at SEK 200 per day. Proximity to skiing and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1,000. The house is connected to our main house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and happy to provide information. Cleaning of the house at check-out is possible for an extra fee.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. The house is located next to a lake that is excellent for swimming and fishing. There is also forest just around the house with several hiking trails and nice berry and mushroom fields. There is a large plot with room for play, and a large trampoline! Or come to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.

The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge.
