The Ostseehütte - red Swedish house on the Baltic Sea

We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

Charming country house close to Lubeck/Baltic sea

The cozy house is an old farm house which got renovated in 2014. The interior is a mixture of French Brocante/Flea Market style (which matches the old wooden elements of the house) with the new elements, yet all rooms and everything is completely newly renovated in 09/2014. There is a floor heating in the bathroom and normal heating system elsewhere. Palingen used to be a GDR border village, so normal citizens were not allowed, only frontier soldiers. Everything survived very charming.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. In the garden under the apple trees, you can relax or sit together comfortably. A barbecue is available! A sandbox or ping pong table is available for the kids. In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on nearby Lake Ratzeburg or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding celebrations are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
