Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

My place is a complete apartment in the extension of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck zu Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the porch, the view of the water of the Trave, the fantastic sunrises over the water. Great for couples, business travelers, and families with kids. The two bedrooms mentioned are gable chambers (see photo).

Just 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket, a good 10min to the original, popular Travemünder fishing port, and 10 min by bike to the beautiful beach promenade. Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
