Here you will find a mini apartment (18 square meters) with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Bed, kitchen and shower are open-plan and ensure that you do not feel confined, despite the few square meters. The toilet has its own door. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new.
