I had already booked the apartment some time ago for my parents, who had a great time. This time I had the opportunity to stay there personally with my sisters and my girlfriend, and I can confirm the great impression my parents had had. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect: magnificent view and a quiet and relaxing place. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this house for a week, impeccable hospitality, clean room and they already made us find several things such as local products, juice water, etc. Nothing is missing in the house and what is there works perfectly. The things that have been most appreciated are the parking in the building space and the extreme proximity to everything you need (sea, evening outings,shops as well as a very short drive you can immediately find yourself on the SS Tirrena). Antonio is an impeccable host who was responsive in a record time in resolving an issue (caused by me). Nothingelseto say, I highlyrecommend it.

Lovely place, beautiful sea, with access to a pebble beach almost for private use, Amelia and Gaetano welcomed us as if we were family, giving us all the necessary information to spend our vacation in the best way, friendly and never invasive, we will definitely be back next year

A quiet, rural experience. We got a little lost (gps issues) but host kindly came and found us and guided us in… super amazing! It’s a bit far from everything but was perfect for our needs.

Hello ,I was with my family in August 2024 good experience quiet area near a nice beach campsite within walking distance About 50 meters away if you do not want to take the car. However, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car both for other free beaches and to reach places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the village is nice if you want to turn there is a lot to see. We had a really nice time in the small apartment and the other guests are quite right, the apartment is much more beautiful than shown in the photos. The terrace/balcony is really large and is wonderful for eating and lingering outside:) The village is really cute and relaxed, with beautiful beaches. The kitchen is really well equipped and you could even bake. The bed is new and super comfy! We recommend the apartment on any case. The only small thing is the somewhat unstable internet connection, but they want to work on it - it didn't bother us!

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

The apartment is very clean and large, it is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. Its landscapes and mountain views are the most characteristic of the location. The only thing I would add to give it a plus is if it had WiFi that made it possible to work, I recommend the rest. I would go again. I spent 3 wonderful days in Policoro at Mrs. Margherita's house. Very kind host, ready to meet all my needs. In particular, Mrs. Margherita was asked for a kindness that I will not mention for privacy. She met the request without batting an eye. A very empathetic and helpful lady. What can we say about Mr. Mimmo, who welcomed us as if we had known each other forever. Mr. Mimmo made us find the apartment in an impeccable way. During our stay, he offered us two baskets of organic fruit, probably from his own land. The peaches and apricots are delicious. He also offered us a bottle of wine from his vineyards... what a treat. The apartment is located right in the center and is equipped with all comforts. Surely if I had to go back to Policoro, I would go back to this apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Pleasant accommodation, welcoming and responsive host. A little noisy environment, with the railway nearby, but the accommodation is well placed to be able to radiate in the area. I recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful and functional, very close to the center. Pino (Ivan's father) welcomed us with great courtesy, he also gave us 4 eggs from the farmer, and then gave us advice on where to eat. The town is very beautiful and quiet. Definitely recommended.

Location out of the chaos, clean and adorned apartment

Francesco is a host who is always available, his apartment is comfortable and very close to the sea, definitely a great place to live in the heart of Schiavonea!

Very good stay, I recommend it if you go on vacation and to disconnect. If you need to work from there, it's not a good idea, the wifi doesn't work very well.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

Basilicata is a beautiful region, full of charm. Barbara, our host, guided us in choosing the places to visit that went beyond the classic archaeological sites of which Magna Grecia is rich. This has allowed us to learn more about the Lucanian culture and we are very satisfied with it. The apartment is very clean (and I am a clean maniac) and equipped with all the comforts, made the stay even more pleasant. The presence of the large and well-maintained pool refreshed our afternoons returning from the sea in the hottest hours and then resuming our exits in the evening. We're very happy!
