The apartment is very clean and large, it is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. Its landscapes and mountain views are the most characteristic of the location. The only thing I would add to give it a plus is if it had WiFi that made it possible to work, I recommend the rest. I would go again. I would like to highlight the kindness with which they welcomed us and the attention from Paolo and his mother

I spent 3 wonderful days in Policoro at Mrs. Margherita's house. Very kind host, ready to meet all my needs. In particular, Mrs. Margherita was asked for a kindness that I will not mention for privacy. She met the request without batting an eye. A very empathetic and helpful lady. What can we say about Mr. Mimmo, who welcomed us as if we had known each other forever. Mr. Mimmo made us find the apartment in an impeccable way. During our stay, he offered us two baskets of organic fruit, probably from his own land. The peaches and apricots are delicious. He also offered us a bottle of wine from his vineyards... what a treat. The apartment is located right in the center and is equipped with all comforts. Surely if I had to go back to Policoro, I would go back to this apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The apartment is beautiful and functional, very close to the center. Pino (Ivan's father) welcomed us with great courtesy, he also gave us 4 eggs from the farmer, and then gave us advice on where to eat. The town is very beautiful and quiet. Definitely recommended.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

Very good stay, I recommend it if you go on vacation and to disconnect. If you need to work from there, it's not a good idea, the wifi doesn't work very well.

The apartment is equipped with every utility, well furnished and charming. Superlative sea view. The host welcomed us with all useful information. Marina di Fuscaldo is a small town but it pleasantly surprised us

We stayed with two adults and a little girl for 7 days. The house was as shown in the photo and description, clean and complete with all the comforts. Carmine left us the refrigerator full of fruit and everything we needed for breakfast. From the balcony you have a beautiful view and the village is cozy. Parking is always within walking distance of the house. I recommend it

We stayed at this beautiful apartment with my family for a week. We were surprised by the first contact we had with the owner of the property always available and with clear directions. We felt really comfortable as if we were family,the area is quiet and overlooks a beautiful sea, parking is always available and there are many restaurants and many activities within walking distance. I can only recommend and congratulate Mattia and her father two great people and wish all the best. We will definitely be back

Great location in the old, historic village of Paola (& ultimately well worth the uphill climb from the train station with our suitcases!) . If you love an old italian village in an historic, pretty location then this is the place for you. Easy days walking, exploring, sitting & watching the daily activities of residents. The apartment is well equipped to cook in (which we did) with an adorable garden setting that enjoys the local sounds of life. And with loads of great bars, cafes & restaurants very close by, as well as a large conad supermarket. We'd def stay again in Maria/Guilia's place. Amazing hosts! Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The noise from the street and the railway was somewhat disturbing.

A well-located accommodation in the center of Nova Siri Scalo. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation offers modern and functional amenities. Impeccable cleanliness. I recommend it.

The residence was recommended to me so I didn't scrutinize the listing as I should. The apartment is certainly clean, comfortable, and spacious but I failed to notice that the listing says the unit does not have WiFi. It turns out we didn't stay inside very much anyway but the lack of WiFi limited what we could do while in the room. Otherwise, the location is great, right beside a park and a few hundred feet from a pedestrian avenue with bars and restaurants. It was also very quiet.

Basilicata is a beautiful region, full of charm. Barbara, our host, guided us in choosing the places to visit that went beyond the classic archaeological sites of which Magna Grecia is rich. This has allowed us to learn more about the Lucanian culture and we are very satisfied with it. The apartment is very clean (and I am a clean maniac) and equipped with all the comforts, made the stay even more pleasant. The presence of the large and well-maintained pool refreshed our afternoons returning from the sea in the hottest hours and then resuming our exits in the evening. We're very happy!
