Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. I found the place as described in a very quiet area, but close to several places for the nightlife. The host was always available for any request, if you wanted to find the only thing, let's say negative is the TV that didn't work.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Sergio's place. Cleanliness and attention to detail, large and comfortable outdoor spaces, but above all a fabulous location. Garden directly on the sea, beach practically reserved for the residence. Only the noise of the waves at night. Highly recommended.

Impeccable cleanliness, sheets and towels included and quality, kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more (there is also a dishwasher), perfect rooms for a family. Having 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other without) is a plus, not considering the outdoor shower (hot). The house is equipped with solar panels, during the day you can use the energy without thinking of extra costs. The location is very good, in the middle of the small village, facing the sea. Next to the street, on the other side of the street, there is a great restaurant/pizzeria. The beach in front of the house is free and very large, the owners leave an umbrella and two sunbeds available for guests, to be taken down daily. Beautiful and very clean sea. The pool was the highlight of the house. It is ideal for days when the wind is too strong and the sea is too agitated, you can enjoy the sun and bathe in tranquility. Very kind owners, who leave nothing to chance!!

Beautiful experience, the apartment was true to the description, very clean and well-kept, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The environment inside the residence is quiet and pleasant, the pool is very nice and well managed, Cosimo left us the bracelets for access to the piascina and the private parking pass right in front of the house. Upon arrival we were able to check in immediately with the kind Mrs. Patrizia who explained everything to us in a clear and precise way. The only thing we missed was that the sofa beds were 2 singles, I don't know why but we were convinced there was a double as in most cases, but it wasn't a problem anyway. Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

The accomodation has been excellent, from the beginning of my stay I have felt great. Everything has been as expected. The communication with Giuliano was proactive and above all customer centric. His response times were extraordinary and every upcoming question or issue has been clarified within minutes. I fully recommend this apartment to everyone going to Villapiana Lido. All shops can be reached within minutes and also the beach is so close that it has been an ease to reach it by foot. Enjoy your stay at this apartment as I did!

A very good choice to stay in Cariati. A very comfortable house and a very nice and helpful host. We can honestly recomend this place to other people. We really spent there 6 magnificent days.

I stayed in Villetta Paradiso and what to say, great location, the sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and therefore also the long sea in the evening, which offers a wide choice of places to stop for dinner or even just to have a drink. Also very close to a supermarket. Clean apartment, exactly the same as described and super friendly hosts.

Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

A very nice, well equipped small house with two large bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very suitable for a longer stay, also with family! From the bedroom you have a view of the sea, the beach is within five minutes walking distance, the residential area is pleasantly quiet. The hosts are super friendly, even provided for breakfast!

The appartament is cute and spacious enough for a few people. It was very clean and the host was warm and welcoming. The view is fantastic and the balcony is relaxing. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Super host, friendly and always ready to help you , the apartment is as shown in the photos, maybe it lacks some things like mosquito nets or kitchen utensils, but in the end we had a quiet stay.
